Born in Shawinigan in 1960, Linda loved to draw and materialized her dream to learn painting. Self-taught, she quit her job in 2001 in order to paint full-time.
Her curriculum includes drawing, watercolour and oil painting medium which she particularly enjoys, notably through her knives and spatulas. She is a member of the Pontiac Artist Association and the Aylmer Art Council.
In November 2003, Linda won the jury’s choice award for most unique painting of “Albert” at the Art dans l’Outaouais exhibition in Hull.
Her paintings have been shown in Montréal and Québec Galleries.
Linda’s work is the reflection of various culture influences: she lived in Germany, France, Toronto, Trois-Rivières, St-Jean, Québec and Nova-Scotia to finally plant her roots in the Ottawa Valley within the magnificient Pontiac region.
