BIOGRAPHY
Diane Groulx , FOWS

Diane Groulx

In choosing painting as her preferred “coloured vocabulary” Diane Groulx found her voice in rendering the many facets of everyday living and nature’s wondrous temperaments. It matters not what painting medium, supports or style she applies – watercolour, acrylic, collages, ink; paper or canvas; abstract or realism, Diane’s choice is less important to her than the actual process and narrative of her vision and, final creation. Diane Groulx is a Fellow of the Ottawa Watercolour Society, a recipient of numerous awards and a well-known teacher of watercolour and mixed media techniques. Diane is also a very active member in many art organizations in both the Outaouais and Ottawa areas.
